Many objects in our catalogue are released in limited numbers. Availability shown on a product page is indicative and confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer on limited releases.
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if a correction affects an order you placed, you may cancel it for a full refund.
Payment is collected at checkout through our payment provider. We never store full card details on our own systems.
Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
All content on this site (text, photography, design and branding) belongs to Quivaroo and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
