Quivaroo ("we", "us") respects the privacy of every person who visits our site or purchases an object from our collection. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect only what is needed to fulfil orders, provide support and keep the experience fast and secure.
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and payment confirmation (we never see or store full card numbers: payment is processed by our payment provider). When you browse, we collect limited technical data such as device type, browser and pages visited. If you join our newsletter, we store the email address you provide.
Your information is used to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, send service messages about your order, and, only with your consent, send occasional release announcements. We use aggregated, anonymised analytics to understand which objects resonate. We never sell personal data to third parties.
We share data only with the partners needed to run the shop: our payment processor, shipping carriers, and hosting/analytics providers. Each partner receives only the data required for their role and is bound by data-processing agreements.
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and consumer law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are rotated automatically after short periods.
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, restrict its use, or have it deleted at any time by writing to privacy@quivaroo.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
