Orders are hand-checked and packed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Orders within the Netherlands typically arrive within 1–2 business days. European orders arrive within 2–4 business days; the rest of the world within 6–12 business days depending on destination and customs.
We ship with premium tracked services. Every shipment includes end-to-end tracking and is insured against loss or damage in transit.
Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are calculated and collected at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.
Need to change a delivery address? Contact support@quivaroo.com as soon as possible: we can update the address any time before the order ships.
If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or issue a full refund.
