Every order includes a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
Write to support@quivaroo.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and provide a prepaid label where available.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation at each step.
For limited releases we cannot guarantee exchange stock. The fastest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
Personalised objects and items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
